Parcel selection
Visits to parcels before harvest to provide you with an inventory of your vineyard and help you prepare better for the harvest.
We can also assist you in drawing up specifications and arbitrating disagreements.
Maturity Monitoring
To help you optimise your organisation and harvest planning:
- help in setting up a parcel reference system and a sampling plan for each grape variety
- analytical monitoring: berry weight, potential degree, acidity, pH
- monitoring of grape acid balance and polyphenolic potential
- determination of assimilated nitrogen dosage
- suggestion of a harvest schedule based on your product objectives, the state of health of the grapes and weather conditions.
Berry tasting
Assess potential quality in order to determine the optimum harvesting period and refine parcel selection.
Advice on managing additives
Adapting the organisation of inputs to achieve your product objectives:
- assessment of harvest n-1 and advice on improvements
- according to the volumes planned for each product, advice on time scheduling, time of day, regulations and size of the workshops.
