KZYMPLUS® Blanc & Rosé FCE is the enzyme of reference for white and rosé grapes.

KZYMPLUS® Blanc & Rosé is a FCE blend, which means that it's been purified from Cinnamoyl – Esterase activity. It therefore allows to produce juices with weak concentration in vinyl phenols' precursors that could mask the original aroma of your grapes.
