Sampling of corks for analysis
Choose pockets randomly from the whole purchase.
Sample 10 corks from each pocket until you obtain the desired quantity.
Reseal the pockets after removal (staples) and use these pockets first.
Place the sample corks in a neutral and dry contaiiner (eg. plastic container).

IN PRACTICE
The ICV Group carries out analyses on batches of corks for companies throughout France.
. for the mediterranean basin, the Ardèche and the Rhône Valley, contact your closest enology centre 
. for other regions, we can carry out remote analyses  with free delivery costs (for orders over 50€)
