Wine bacteria MLPrime®

MLPrime® a lactic bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) selected by Lallemand and validated by ICV for the co-inoculation of red wines.

The advantages of MLPrimeTM :

  • At must pH, MLPrimeTM is unable to consume sugars so it doesn't produce any VA.
  • Malo – lactic fermentation begins nearly immediately after inoculation and is achieved within 4 to 7 days in most cases
