Booster®Rouge is a 100% inactivated dry yeast (SIY) nutrient.

Used at the same time as yeast addition in red wines, it liberates compounds (fatty acids, vitamins, sterols and mannoproteins) favorable to a balanced mouthfeel and aromatic direct red fruit stabilization.

 

The principal assets of Booster®Rouge :

  • develops sensorial qualities of grapes (direct notes of red fruit, volume, tannic intensity, freshness…)
  • helps to prevent production of sulfur off flavors
